How ReviewBomb reasons about incidents
A practical glossary for understanding confidence, severity, recovery, and correlation outputs across the platform.
Baseline multiple
How far current directional velocity is from expected slot baseline. Values above 1.0 indicate pressure above normal behavior.
Dual-confirm
Alert severity requires both short-window burst and longer-window confirmation. Final severity is constrained by the weaker side.
Divergence
When storefront rank and review sentiment move in opposite directions, signaling potentially unstable or delayed market interpretation.
Recovery forecast
Heuristic ETA for normalization based on tier, score movement, baseline pressure, and post-resolution stabilization clues.
Composite impact
A weighted score combining severity, review volume, peak velocity, score movement, duration, and recurrence context.
Blast radius
Scope of related incident spread across connected titles, classified as isolated, franchise-local, org-wide, or market-wide.
Interpretation notes
Scores and forecasts are decision-support signals, not deterministic predictions. They are designed for trend triage and cross-title comparison, and should be interpreted alongside timeline evidence and cause assignments.
